Shipping + Policies


We ship domestic orders 1-5 business days after an order is placed. We ship via USPS. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships. Large bulk orders may take longer to ship.



Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service.

International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Oak + Amber Candle Company have no control over these circumstances.



At Oak + Amber Candle Company, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Oak + Amber Candle Company within 7 days of delivery.

You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@oakandambercandleco for further details.


Summer Months: We are not responsible for melted candles during summer months. Please do not leave your package in your hot mailbox or porch as candle wax will melt.
