DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship domestic orders 1-5 business days after an order is placed. Due to the nature of our products, we ship USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships. Please let us know if you'd like your order expedited and we will try our best to do so!

Large bulk orders may take longer to ship.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

At Oak + Amber Candle Company, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Oak + Amber Candle Company within 7 days of delivery.

You may exchange your unused product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at oakandambercandleco@gmail.com for further details.

Summer Months: We are not responsible for melted candles during summer months. Please do not leave your package in your hot mailbox or porch as candle wax will melt.

CANDLE CARE

Trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Always burn candle within sight and always keep out of the reach of children and pets.
